Bodrum to Pamukkale and Aphrodisias full day tour

Enjoy a Fast trip to 2 UNESCO sites in one day Meet you at your hotel and drive to Aphrodisias. The city of Aphrodisias was once a prosperous metropolis that primarily worshipped the goddess, Aphrodite. The city had many master craftsman, and the city had some of the most beautiful statues and decorations. Due to the quality of the work and a large amount of marble nearby the temple to Aphrodite was once a breathtaking place of worship.
As the city prospered it became a hub for business as well as the fine arts, this led the city has some stunning buildings including its own Odeon theatre (council chamber). Aphrodisias had one of the largest stadiums of the era, that held a variety of entertainments that would have been common for the population to wish to see during the time.We will spend 2 hours visiting the site. Then drive 1 hour to Pamukkale.
After Lunch we'll start from the South Gate of Hierapolis entering Pamukkale. Then walk through this ancient town. We'll walk through the travertine terraces with at the end a relaxing swimm break at the thermal waters of Cleopatra baths. We will see all the major points of the ancient Hierapolis with a minibus inside which makes it faster. This is a suggested itinerary, let me know what you would like to see and do and I will customize the tour accordingly!

  Aphrodisias, once the capital of the province of Lydia, was located 38 km south of Nazilli and near the village of Geyre of region of the Karacasu. Like ancient times, as now, Aphrodisias attractive marble structure, the rich plants, almond, pomegranate and poplar trees in the middle of Dadaloz valley appeared.

  We'll drive towards Pamukkale and have a lunch break on the way.

  Start Visiting the travertines and ancient Hierapolis

  We'll start from the South Gate of Hierapolis. First a stop for foot bathing in the travertines of Pamukkale. Then walk through this ancient town. Visiting the famous theater and the tombs. There is a possibility for a swim in the ancient pool on request.
