Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul

Day 2 and Day 3 the Treasures of Istanbul

In these two days we will be exploring theTreasures of Istanbul. We will visit Hagia Sophia; was the religious center of the city during the Byzantine period. Next; Topkapı Palace; It housed the ottoman sultans for nearly 400 years. Continue to with Hippodrome; during the Roman period hippodrome was the civil center for the people of the city where once 100,000 spectators could be held. Next, Blue Mosque; one of the most famous landmarks of the old city with its famous six minarets and magnificent dome. Next, Grand Bazaar; With 18 entrances and more than 4000 shops, it is one of the greatest bazaars in the World.

Day 4: HD Bosphorus Cruise / Flight to Izmir

Upon breakfast at the hotel c/out, Visit Spice Bazaar; It was called Egyptian Bazaar during the ottoman period, Next, Cruising on Bosphorus; where you will enjoy a magnificent view. A great history wıth beautiful nature. After tour evenıng flight to Izmir. Transfer to Kusadasi 45 min.

Ephesus

Day 5: Ephesus Tour

Upon breakfast at the hotel c/out, Today you visit The House of Virgin Mary; final house where Mary spent her last days. Ancient Ephesus; The best-preserved classical city in Eastern Mediterranean. Temple of Artemis; was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. St. John's Cathedral.

Pamukkale

Day 6: Aphrodisias, Hierapolis, Pamukkale Tour

After 2 and a half drıve we will start with visiting Aphrodisias, a city of great historical significance located in Turkey, was almost lost until the excavation work of Turkish professor Dr. Kenan Erim from New York University. Thanks to a grant from National Geographic in the 1960s, Dr. Erim uncovered a vast array of ruins that revealed Aphrodisias as one of the most important cities in Turkey.
Next we will drive to Pamukkale; Pools of Heaven on Earth, The unique terraces were formed by running warm spring water at a temperature of 35 C, containing calcium bicarbonate. Ancient city of Hierapolis which has the biggest Necropolis with 1200 gravestones in Anatolia. Then drıve to Bodrum.

Day 6: Bodrum

Upon breakfast at the hotel after half an hour distance makes a big change of environment, colours, sounds as well as the lifestyle of people. Walking through small streets, visiting a village house, the hot welcome of the village chief, watching women weaving carpets, the cemetery, the mosque, children shouting 'hello', the coffee house where men sit around and laze away the day while drinking their tea chatting and playing games will all be helpful to understand their life. In the end, a short exhibition of carpets weaved by the women of the village will take place. Etrim Weavers Assocation is one of the leading retailers of hand knotted and flat woven Turkish rugs and kilims. Based near Bodrum we offer a wide selection of handmade products from all around Turkey. We intend to protect and spread the heritage of weaving by creating concrete. It's a cooperative which also collect carpets from other regions of Turkey. They can afford to sell it cheaper than shops in Cappadocia or Istanbul because they don't pay any high rents or to language speaking salesmen. In the afternoon we will go further The Castle of Bodrum, Ancient Myndos gate, Ancient theatre and the Mausoleum, Old City and the city centre One of the world's finest museums of underwater archeology housed in a superb 15th century castle built by the Knights of St. John of Rhodes. The world's oldest known shipwreck exhibition is now open. This star attraction rates a 'must see' on everyone's list. The Mausoleum of Halikarnassus was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Its monumental statuary is in the British Museum but some artifacts and replicas of its friezes can be seen on the site.

Day 7: From Bodrum To Kayseri

After breakfast we will fly to Kayseri we a short stopover in Istanbul arriving around 14:00 in Kayseri. After checking in we will start with visiting Capadoccia. C/IN O/N in Cappadocia. (B)

Day 8: Fairy Chimneys of Cappadocia

Today you visit Goreme Museum; consists of many rock-cut churches from the second half of 9C with beautiful colorful frescoes decorating the walls. Next; Devrent Valley; famous for its quirky animal shaped rocks. Pasabagi which means: the Pacha's vineyard. Avanos; where you will enjoy typical Turkish Lunch and experience make Pottery with local experts. Goreme Panaroma, which has one of the best panoramic view of the Fairy chimneys and Uchisar.

Day 9: Cappadocia

*Optional Hot Air Ballon Ride in the morning.
Today you visit Rose and Red Valley; is an incredibly unique area of Cappadocia with sharp ridges, Cavusin, Pigeon Valley, Underground Cities; once a place of refuge for 15000 Christians.

    What you need to know before the event

  • Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays and Basilica Cistern Cistern will be visited instead
  • The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays
  • The Blue Mosque is closed on Fridays due to Friday prayer. On these days, you will visit the garden only
  • The bag allowance is 15 kg. For hand luggage, it is 8 kg for domestic flights
