Visiting The Castle of Bodrum, Ancient Myndos gate, Ancient theatre and the Mausoleum, Old City. Gumusluk and Yalikavak One of the world's finest museums of underwater archeology housed in a 15th century castle built by the Knights of St. John. The world's oldest known shipwreck exhibition rates a 'must see' on everyone's list. The Mausoleum of Halikarnassus was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Amphitheater seating about 13. 000 spectators the theater dates to the region of Mausolus but with modifications added by the Romans. We can lunch in Bodrum or take a drive to Gumusluk ( ancient Myndos), a cosy bay famous for its fish restaurant on the waterfront. After that we can drive to Yalikavak ( New Bodum) Palm Marina where you can see the most expensive yachts all from over the world. On the edge of Yalikavak you can see and touch the ancient Carian Graves dating back to 600 BC. There are many authentique shops with natural soaps, olive oil homemade fresh Turkish Delight and more. You can decide along the way where to eat and stop. Its a private tour so we advice and you decide.

First we will start by visiting Bodrum Castle and the underwater Museum.

Lunch at Gumusluk
The peaceful village of Gumusluk is one of the oldest settlements on the Bodrum peninsula. Quieter and less developed than many of the region’s other coastal towns, Gümüslük is best known for its fresh seafood, secluded sandy beaches and the offshore Rabbit Island (Asar Adasi), which can be reached on foot from the mainland by wading through knee-deep sea waters.

Yalikavak Marina and The King Graves
Yalikavak is the small town where the new Jet Set Marina is built. You can call it new Bodeum as well. Then we will visit the King Graves at the edge of the peninsula.
